easy to do business with very helpful i will return next time , i only hope price not that high
Trevor was a great help when it came yo servicing my toyota camry. He helped alot with identifying the cause to some issues with my vehicle. But it did get resolved. Also the wait time was long, however it was worth the wait.
Findlay-Toyota Service Dept was observed to be efficient and professional in dealing with its clients. All staff demonstrated courtesy and exceptional customer service. The dealership physical complex was spacious and massive which, as a result, provided clients comfort and ease.
Everyone is so nice here. Even if they aren’t working directly with you. An employee even helped me figure out the coffee/hot water station! The only thing I’d suggest is perhaps other options to watch on the televisions (not everyone is into sports and news) Perhaps a nice enclosed outdoor (nonsmoking) area to sit as well when the weather is nice. Great experience at Findley. They really make things easy. They need to bring back the car wash, it was a nice touch.
Service was fast and no pressure to add anything else plus told about up coming sale.
