I had previously done business with Findlay in Arizona. So, I expected that my experience with Findlay in Henderson would be just as good. Actually, it was better than that. I interacted with sales professional Richard Runyon online for a period of time before I actually traveled to Henderson. Richard basically took care of everything for me. Tommy went above and beyond to help me get the car I’ve wanted for months. He always made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know when something was available as soon as possible. He paid attention to what I wanted and made sure to only show me what I was asking for. He’s by far the best salesman I’ve worked with before and he actually cares about his customers and not only about his sales! I will definitely be telling everyone who needs a car to go see him!

Just purchased my new RAV4 hybrid from Findlay. The sales associate, John Gartrell, did a great job of keeping me updated about the delivery and taking care of many details. I would highly recommend.
Purchased my 2022 RAV4 hybrid from Findlay and received a good price, even with the current "market adjustment" that all of the dealerships have. Another local dealership quoted me a price for exact same vehicle that was $6,000 over the price I paid at Findlay. John Gartrell, the sales associate, did a great job of keeping me updated on the arrival of the vehicle and always responded quickly whenever I had questions. I would highly recommend.
So normally I’m very happy with the service I have received in the past. I don’t usually have the car washed during service. But, this time I did. I had also asked Thomas if they could Vacuum the interior and floors. As I am going on a trip. When I got the car it hadn’t been vacuumed at all so I sent it back to be done. I love this dealership. I have had my car serviced there twice now and the staff are great, the facilities clean and comfortable for waiting. They also provide excellent perks like a free uber ride if needed, descent espresso/coffee and snacks. Unexpectedly the service rep I used also was able to get me non-toyota parts and have them installed on my 4runner (springs). I love this place. Try it and see.
From buying experience to accessories purchase and installation to regular servicing this dealership has done an excellant job of customer service! My 2020 Corolla XSE Hatchback has performed FLAWLESSLY, too!
