I had a 10:30am appointment to have my new 2025 Toyota 4 Runner checked out for squealing brakes. I was told the check could take 1 1/2 to two hours. At 12:45pm I was advised that my vehicle was ready, but the squealing sound could not be replicated during a 7 mile drive and no reason could be found for the reported squealing. The squeal comes and goes, so I wasn't too surprised that nothing was found. What I question is how does a 7 mile test drive can take 2+ hours. Mark Bailey.
I was very pleased that the service was completed so shortly, 45 minutes. Usually I have to wait over an hour,
Jesse Guadarrama did a great job explaining what our car needed. The service tech found a couple more issues and got them fixed in a timely manner.
The waiting area is very clean. The service service staff are very nice, they kept communicating with me when my car was serviced. I like the feature in the email that I can observe what has been done on my car.

Aimee was very great with helping me out. She explained everything that had to be done especially the important ones and while in the shop she let me know the progress of my vehicle. Now my vehicle had major engine repairs that had to be in the shop for several days but Aimee was there to let me know. So if you want someone to help you out and keep you posted on your vehicle while in the shop and take care of you go see Aimee!! Thank you Aimee for all your help!!
