Great dealership from sales to service. Every person I encounter there has been 10/10 amazing and helpful! I purposely went from Toyota to another Toyota to simply stay within this dealership!
Without a doubt one the best dealerships in Las Vegas area. Patrick and Wang always go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They aren’t just there to sell you a car they build a relationship and friendship. Brought my car in for 2nd service after purchase and due to unforeseen circumstances the battery was bad. These two along with Dalton McKenna bent over backward to get me taken care of and got me a new battery at no charge. 10/10 recommendation. They will undoubtedly be my choice for future vehicles.
Never have an issue with the Findlay Toyota Service department. They always have the best staff who are helpful. Brought my car in for malfunctioning trunk lock and dead battery and car was repaired within 24 hours and so far no more issues.
Had a 7am appt. Will got me in and out in no time at all! I work graveyard and came in right after work. Great service team. Everyone I’ve encountered there has been amazing!
My service guy Sam was great, He got my car in and out in no time and suggested a cabin filter which I needed... He checked with me half way through telling me of the progress of my car, thanks Sam

I felt very comfortable with the way they worked. It was also very nice to give me a ride home while I wait for all the job done, which was about 3 hours.
Brian Short, Service Manager, and Mark Hardyal, Service Consultant, knew I was coming and what the issue with my 2013 RAV4 was. Necessary parts were on hand, and the job was done in a timely manner. Findlay Toyota as a dealership, and it’s frontline employees, go the extra mile (pun intended) to be sure their customers leave satisfied.
