Words can't even begin to explain how thankful we are for Tommy and Findlay Toyota. We had an impossible dream to get a TRD Pro 2023 Sequoia and Tommy made that dream a reality. Not only was communication over the months it took to find one fantastic, but once the vehicle became available he did absolutely everything in his power to make sure we got it. The entire process was incredible; we will be using Tommy again in the future and recommending him to all of ours friends.
Best Toyota dealer in the valley! Customer service is top notch, friendly staff, clean customer waiting lounge with multiple TV to enjoy your complimentary assorted choice of coffee, tea, and water. My service advisor (Shaun) is very helpful and professional during my visit for the Tundra routine maintenance.
John Gartrell was super helpful and kept me updated the whole way. Once my car arrived, the rest of the process was fairly quick. Everyone I spoke with was friendly!
