Great service. Very professional. Explains what needs to be done to vehicle prior to service and then goes over what was done.
It was good except my panel on the driver side came back dirty with grease and broken
Kyle Blum was my service representative and he was very kind and polite and informative which was extremely impressive because most of the time I feel like a number and rushed away to the waiting area. I will be requesting Kyle for now on. He’s great!
Brandon my service advisor was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On the other hand Remington who lied to me pretending to be a service advisor and was trying to sell me a new vehicle and had other sales people call and text me multiple times after my service visit. You can contact me and I will show you the messages and voicemails I have. It may make consider another dealer for service on how I was treated by him.
They didn't lose my car this time so that was cool and it was less than an hour visit
Will is super responsive and helpful. Glad he’s on your team. We are even more likely to get repair work done at Findlay.
