Richard Castillo, a service consultant, is my guy! He's very professional, respectful, and kind. This guy needs a raise, but keep him in the service department because I don't want to work with anyone else. He listened to me and acted on what he said.
Always a great service experience, Phill was very fast and efficient. Wait time was under 2 hours.
After an easy scheduling process, I was given an Uber drive home from the dealership for basic new car maintenance, a wash and oil change. The work was done faster than estimated and I was given an Uber drive back to the dealership. I accidentally left my cell phone in the rideshare car and my service rep Shaun was able to contact the driver quickly and was able to get my cell phone back within minutes. He saved the day!
Phill Crabtree got my RAV4 to the service crew quickly where it was serviced very skillfully and quickly. It was finished a half an hour earlier than expected. Phill reviewed the results in detail and gave me recommendations for the next visit. Phill was very courteous and professional.

Best Toyota dealership in town! James and Tai were extremely helpful and assisted me in buying my first car. My family is a long-time Toyota family so of course, I had to come here and purchase my first hybrid vehicle. I waited almost 6 months for my Camry to arrive and it was very worth it! Everyone is caring and kind and is happy to help and answer any questions you may have. The service center is clean and organized and they help right away.
