Took my car 2023 RAV4 in for a service today and Philip Crabtree Had it finished in approximately 40 minutes. Love the attention to detail. He also recently spearheaded and took charge of the Trd lift. I had the same dealership put on my 2022 Toyota tundra. Love it.

Bought my Highlander new three years ago and get every service done there. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned, and I’ve been driving 50 years! Service is very professional, staff courteous with great communication, and beautiful facility and location. When calling, a human answers! My car is well cared for, and I believe the cost is reasonable. I can’t even think of anything they need to improve on. Please keep up the great customer focused service. Took my RAV4 in for service. It was finished in a hour and a half. Jordan reviewed the results in detail and gave me recommendations for the next visit. He was very courteous and professional
Service advisor was Xavier Walker. He provided me with a video of my service with an issue I was disputing. He was helpful with explaining the issue. Kudos to mechanic who fixed my car as well.
