Cara Tostes was an excellent service advisor. I will definitely go back to Findlay Toyota because of her she is awesome. She was very professional and courteous, and her customer service skills are excellent.

Approximately 15 months ago I filled out a survey and gave Findlay Toyota an outstanding compliment. Specifically towards 3 individuals, but one service personnel not commendable.
