Very kind, very welcoming everybody there, I just didn’t like how I had an appointment at a certain time and I was there for three hours. Other than that, everything was good.
John was awesome to work with. Straight shooter, super responsive, and handled all the details. No games, no pressure—just facts. Way better than the competition. I’ll definitely buy from John again! Ps. TJ thanks for getting me in and of finance quickly.
When all was said and done, my problem was resolved. There was a delay in the service re my gas tank fix. At first it was not spotted. There was a delay of a day or so. But Jordan and team did catch the mistake and fixed the problem. So, I cannot complain. When I got my car it was ready to go and I am happy with the work. I have no problem recommending Finley Toyota to anyone. In the end, they delivered well and I am happy.
Thank you Vince Argenine for all that you do. I bought a battery from Findlay Toyota and the Warrenty gave me a 50% off for the failed battery. I made the mistake of Calling Centennial Toyota because they are close to my home. Centennial first told me they would not honor the Warrenty at their dealership, Findlay told me that's not true because it is honored at every Toyota. 1 years service check. Car was taken back as soon as I got there, only took a bout 40 min. very fast service. Everyone is very polite and professional
