Responsive but wish they would still wash cars when in for a check. No issues with the staff, they answered all my questions.

They are good, not great. I attempted to make this service call a month or so ago. I spoke to a gal in service to make an appointment. She was obviously busy, and she said that she would call me back but never did. I then recently took the car in (10.25.24) and told the service advisor that at the last service when my tires were checked, they never put back one valve cap on the tire stem. This is my first time at the service department. The place is clean, the employees are friendly. The lounge area is spacious. I can’t recall the person’s name that picked me up from my home to take me back to the dealership, he is a horrible driver, driving 35+ down my neighborhood. After I got in the car closed the door he took off in his black KIA. I was struggling to get my seatbelt on because I was somewhat stuck to the seat that was reclined far back.
