The service department at Findlay Toyota is excellent. The service writer, Will Collier, knows what he's doing and is an ethical person. While the wait can be long, it's not really a big deal since I expect it when more than one repair has to be done. It helps that the music played over the loudspeakers is enjoyable. The reason for a four star rating instead of a five has to do more with the sales department and the scarcity of inventory of new vehicles on the lot other than Tundras. Always have a Toyota vehicle. They are very dependable. Findlay Toyota is the closest dealer and they are very good.
