Even with a power outage, they managed to get my service and recall work completed in the time promised. The service writer, Tony, kept me updated on what was going on.
I came in because Valvoline could not remove my oil filter previously performed by Findlay Toyota . I called and asked to speak with service manager, and was called back by Bryan who advised me to bring my truck in and he would take car of me. I came in the same day and Bryan met me out in the service bay. He personally drove my truck back to have the work completed. A short time later he drove it back with the work completed. Jordan santos in the service department is by far the best service advisor I’ve ever had, very professional. Very helpful. I’ve been with him now for a couple years. I was a walk-in towards the end of the day and I was still able to get my car in for service. The service was relatively quick and good. I appreciate that you are advised on future needed service, but not pressured into getting it done. Overall satisfied with the level of service provided.
