Richard was great, he went above and beyond in helping me with getting the Toyota app working for me. I bought the car new, but the dealer's sales rep (in SoCal) could not get the app working, so I eventually forgot about it (until now). We spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Toyota, and we eventually found out that the owner's name had to be reset on Toyota's end. This was completed the same day, and the app is working now. A special thanks to Richard for all of his help.
