Superb facility, friendly and efficient service advisor (Jason) who did an outstanding job in handling the 10K mile service for my Tundra TRD PRO.
Very Good met me on time, kept me informed, the only thing they did not fix when I am on maps it will not speak through the car’s speaker

Service was extremely slow. It took 4 hours to perform yellow service plus replacing power steering fluid and cabin filter. The hot chocolate in the waiting room was very good.
Excellent customer service from the time you drop off the 🚗 until you leave. Phil Crabtree went over everything in detail and always is professional. I pay a little more at the dealership and my car history is always up to date. This Toyota is the finest vehicle I have ever owned. Well over 200,000 miles and it runs like the day I drive it home from the showroom.
Matt Stanley, your service advisor is the reason my family continues to have our Toyotas serviced at your facility. Even though we live closer to other Toyota dealers, it's worth it for us to have someone with Matt's professional experience, integrity, and sincere interest in whatever problems we have and an ability to always make us happy before we go.
Usually the e service bay is top notch. The last couple times I get passed up by advisors to assist other customers that arrive after I do even though I’m standing next to my car waiting for someone. And yes I make an appointment each time. Also this last time my glove compartment seems to not open and close smoothly after they replaced my cabin filter. I do hope this is not a continuing trend as I’ll try centennial next time as I’ve been receiving advertisements for their service bay specials.
