For example, we made an appointment for green service and each time we come in the wait is at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. We understand you’re busy but I don’t think it takes the technician that long to do the service. I have been servicing my Toyota Prius ever since I bought it in 2017, and I always bring my car to Findley Toyota in spite of the fact that I live 20 miles up north, not to mention that I have to deal with busy and frustrating traffic jams on my way to and from Findley Toyota; but it is all worth it because of the quality and reliability that Findley Toyota provides.
