Clean, fast and friendly service. Very professional staff and no long wait times. And even if the wait time is long, I love the fact that they accommodate you with a rideshare to any destination until your car is ready.
They always Honors my extended warranty which is great. I trust the Toyota dealers more than a knock off mechanic.
Toyota is a very large operation with so many different moving parts yet everyone is upbeat and very helpful! Plus, they have everything streamlined and the customer service surpasses all other dealerships that I have been to and worked with! They give excellent customer service that makes you feel cared about! I am so grateful for them helping me and my family!
Good service great waiting area for waiting they have snacks and drinks there was tv but not all tv was showing they have clean restrooms

Tommy took time to help me find the specific trim and spec RAV4 my wife was looking for. We had to wait for it from factory and he went out of his way to keep us updated along the process. I threw a barrage of questions at him which he answered with sound experience. My next purchase will be for me and it will be thru Tommy!
Great service department and friendly staff. The lobby is really nice too which makes waiting for your vehicle a relaxing breeze. Free water and coffee. Spotless bathrooms and plenty of tables and chairs to sit.

The dealership is wonderful- Mike in Internet sales is the best. Service for after market parts was fantastic. But I have one issue . Ive had my 4 runner since May 22 2022 . An to tell you the truth, these email questionnaires bother me . I have bought 5 vehicles from Findlay toyota . I hate being bothered with these emails .
