The service guy Thomas handled my issue without an appointment. I enjoyed eating tacos and shaved ice while I waited. Great service!
The last few times have been great, this last time I felt like an inconvenience even though I had an appointment and my car came back with some good on the outside of my windshield and a new scratch on my driver's side door by the window. Must have been an off day not if wasn't cool.

This review is for Brandon Snowden, not Tyler Campuzano, as I did not work with him. During a visit to this dealership for a recall, I was deeply frustrated when my bumper was damaged in the process. What made matters worse was the excessive time it took to address the issue, and I was unfairly charged for the repair despite it not being my fault.
