The service department at Findlay Toyota is excellent. The service writer, Will Collier, knows what he's doing and is an ethical person. While the wait can be long, it's not really a big deal since I expect it when more than one repair has to be done. It helps that the music played over the loudspeakers is enjoyable. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about servicing my car. They are prompt in picking up and returning my car.
