Will was great and helpful . The mistake made by your mechanics was resolved. The rental car windows front and back were soo dirty I couldn’t see through them and there was a human booger in the armrest of the door.

I was satisfied with the service BUT feel that I was over charged for the services rendered, especially when I look back at old statements. I will never let you change my filters again because of the labor charges. I’ll change them myself. That charge is way too much. All of the Labor charges were over the top. I can’t afford to pay that much. I’m a senior citizen. Do you have discounts for AARP or seniors? If not I will, for the first time in 24 years, have to have my car serviced someplace else. Thank you Tommy! My English is not very good, but Tommy used a translator app so that we can communicate with each other better. After feeling uncomfortable with another salesperson, I met Tommy, and he made all the difference. He was patient, took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted, and made sure I understood what was going on by using his translator app. Tommy cared enough to take the extra steps that made the process much easier for me. I highly recommend working with him!

I live in Lake Havasu and struggled to find good service or a good price locally. After I got in touch with Tommy, he stepped in and made a huge difference! He contacted me, got me a better deal than I could find anywhere nearby, and was always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Tommy’s service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to make this the easiest car-buying experience I’ve had. I was going to Vegas for a wedding anyways so the timing was perfect.
