The car was ready earlier than we expected. The entire laundry list of items we asked to have looked into was taken care of. We'd like the car and we're glad we bought it from Findlay Toyota
It's the same as all dealerships I've dealt with. I hate being bombarded with salespeople as soon as I park my car. I hate sales pitches and bait and switch tactics. You advertise a car....I call to see if that car is available for a test drive and when I get there all of a sudden it has a recall and not available. I had to settle for another car from AZ.
Great people. Easy to make appt. Excellent service people. Nice place to wait. Check out easy and all friendly. Very pleased.
