He was extremely helpful in getting me in quickly on an unexpected gas tank not opening. I was rushing out of town and they got me in and out quickly.

I had an appt it took 3 hours this should not be. I'm disabled and can’t sit in one place for very long but can't stand for very long either. The associate that help me was very nice and not pushy which was a plus.

My service experience this time has been subpar. I took my vehicle in to have an oil change, rack and pinion replace, and wheel alignment. Upon picking the vehicle up the first time, I heard a scraping noise coming from the from driver wheel and noticed grease prints and oil spots on the driver door. My service advisor, Richard, wrote the vehicle up, documented the grease and oil and put the vehicle back in Line to go to the shop.
