I have been a loyal customer with Findlay North Volkswagen since 2019. On January 24th 2022 I brought my car in for an intermittent no start issue that I’ve been having since September 2021. On January 25th I was told by service advisor Cris Flores that it was caused by faulty engine control module part J271 power supply and that it would take 2 days for part to be shipped. Fast, professional and great service. This location is far away from my house but, they are great on customer service and for that reason I don't mind the drive.

First time brining in for oil leak (I could see the spots on my driveway) after having car for 8 hours said there was no leak but bring back if continued to see oil. Second visit, another 6 hours and quoted over 2k of repairs needed, they “found” the leak. And during this visit I mentioned temperature light kept coming on, the noted but no other mention of the light. Very easy to schedule an appointment on line and it was so nice to see that they were ready to start working on my car
My service advisor, Cris Flores, was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and in my opinion, is an asset to Findlay Volkswagen. However, unfortunately, I didn't receive a car wash.
