"wrong part sold and it's my fault?" Kindly went in to get windshield wipers for my mother in laws Touareg, which need special blades BTW. I was given the wrong one and when the clip broke due to the wrong blades, I was given a shrug and a $20 part fee for blades that I specifically asked for. Was given no compensation or even a measly apology.

"Great customer service" I had submitted a credit application online before I decided to visit the dealership. They responded really quick. I know how dealerships work, their email responses aren't always specific to what you ask for but instead try to lure you in. I had made it clear with them that I was not going to come in unless all the answers I was looking for was answered. They did what I had asked and sure enough, I went in that same day. "lies!" Beautiful dealership and vw are such great cars its a shame these people have to lie to try to sell you a car. If you go here do not deal with Anna Rodgers or Mike Phillips they are complete scam artists that will say anything to get you to buy a car. Then when you call them out on it no one returns your calls or emails so much for customer service.
