"Customer Service in Service Department? Not Here!" Service department has no clue. You can stand there forever waiting for any one of 5 service writers to notice, maybe say, Can I help you? They don't want to know because that would be extra work. Blame management for failing to designate one person as the greeter. Also blame management for the writers' appearances. The dress code seems to be ratty jeans and any crappy VW t-shirt of any vintage with anything on it so long as it says VW.

"very efficient service" I brought my tiguan in before and after my mini road trip for broken wind shield wiper and to reset the tire pressure light. Matt Schiffbauer was there for me both times, he was very friendly and helpful, he took care of the problems very efficiently ( he walks super fast too, not too many people can catch up with him when he's on a mission :) thumbs up Matt!

"Very satisfied." I went there to see if they can take the wheel lock out and replace with regular nut. I didn't make appointment, just walked in to try my luck. C.J was the technician who helped me right away, he is polite, friendly and professional, the issue was taken care of in 15 minutes and he even offered me a free car wash. A pleasant and smooth experience like this just brighten up my day, thank you C.J.

"Excellent Service" I took my vehicle into CJ and told him everything I had a problem with. He asked questions to make sure he understood exactly what was going on. After going over all of my concerns, he explained in detail the charges there may be if the warranty did not cover it. I also expressed that to CJ that I would need a loaner vehicle. "Honest and Trustworthy" I have nothing but accolades to provide for Findlay North VW. Ty Shigemoto, Internet Director, is the best.
