"Old tires, no work done" First of all it's really interesting that they don't have any current employee names on here. Or very little, I don't know them all. They sold me my 2014 Jetta with very old and cracked tires. I didn't notice because their inspection said they were good. Months later a friend informed me how dangerous they were. I spent weeks talking to VW and it was going nowhere. They just said "we can't do anything for you, the dealership might but that's nothing to do with us" when calling corporate for help. "Heater core repair 2014 passat" I have been a customer for 3 1/2 years and by far, Samantha has been the best service coordinator I’ve had. She was very attentive and thought the service I needed through, as I have 2 children under the age of 4. The initial reason I came into VW was for my 70k service but I also had an issue with my heater. Samantha went above and beyond to find out if the repair would be covered under warranty and determined that it would be best to get a courtesy car during the repair. She has been very a... read more
"Service on new Passat" This is my third Passat from this dealership and I have been dealing with Samantha in service and she is fantastic! In the past the service has had younger kids with little organization, but Samantha Mckendall is wonderful. I hope to see this level of service maintained for your customers it really counts after buying 30,000 cars
"NIGHTMARE" This place is a total joke! I've been back here 4 times to pick up my vehicle and it's always a new problem. They tried to give the vehicle back to me with the hood not closed properly. If you don't check it, guess what, its not an issue (in their eyes). Horrible customer service and disrespectful employees. Id never exspect this from a dealer, I've had better service from a mom & pop automotive shop.
