I was called approximately 1 1/2 hours later and told the work had been completed (video of tech explaining the work was also sent to my phone). I called them with an issue and they made the time for me to bring the vehicle in. Excellent customer service!

They have always been the primary service center for this car and have absolutely no complaints. The service department is wonderful, especially Brandy, who has been there from the beginning. We have had our share of service advisors throughout the years but they have all been fabulous.

No pressure at all. Been going back there for any service needed on our vehicles. Great, helpful service techs. Never a long wait time. Always get a video showing service they did. The second time it took them an hour and that’s only because I told them to cut the inspection and car wash short. I was the first one there at 7am. smh. oh ya. Chris in service said if I don’t do a survey, we’re not cool. so I hope we’re cool now Chris.
