Bought a brand new VW Atlas here in October 2021. Over the last 12 months I've had to bring my new car in twice for the same issue with my GPS and Bluetooth failing to work. Its a known issue that can only be resolved by replacing the module. Today I'm told by service they can't help me and won't replace a $700 part and my only recourse is to call VW itself. In those 71 days, they encountered “grinds and noises” after they started up after reassembly. Then diagnosed the timing chain as the culprit and replaced that. I love the facility and the service advisor Guadalupe was very knowledgeable and helpful. I like they did a video about my Tiguan and recommended extra service based on that.
