I have never ever had such a pleasant experience with a dealership!! Dakota Palmer met me at the door as I walked in and was my salesman... right away I liked him and felt comfortable. He was EXCELLENT!!! Dakota was respectful, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, happy, fun and patient!! I never felt any pressure... it was a quick smooth deal and the entire dealership was nice. Garth was very responsive and kept me up to date about the car. Everything was smooth and fast. This is the first Mazda car and so far very happy with it - it's almost like those luxury SUV without the luxury price tag.

Garth was very helpful and a Nice Salesman to work with. I got a great deal on my Mazda CX 5. Also, the general manager (Brennan) was very professional and really cares about his customers. From start to finish on my new lease was great! Paul Burcham was a great salesperson to deal with. He gave me a call Saturday 1/29 and by the afternoon I was out the door with my brand new CX5 Carbon Edition. I will definitely be recommending Paul and Findlay Mazda! Alycia and Amir were great! They made the process fast and very simple, I would recommend Alycia, Amir and Findlay Mazda to anyone in the market to purchase a Mazda.
Overall Brandon did a good job except for one major detail. We agreed on a lease monthly price very similar to my previous payment. Except, it was cut from 3 years (previous lease) to 2 years (to get to that price) without me knowing it. Caught this in financing, Amir did a good job and settled on a 30 month lease. This dealership has the best coffee options hands down!😊
