our experience at Finlay Kia was outstanding. We browsed first for a few minutes when Gabriel Durant approached us. Usually I don’t like sales staff hovering on you me as soon as you get into the car dealership. In In this case, when Gabriel approached us he was friendly and polite with a nice smile. Love our brand new 2025 Kia Carnival. Husband and I looked at the Hyundai Santa Fe down the street and then came to Kia to check out the Carnival. The space for kids in the Carnival is just a huge difference. We honestly weren’t even going to buy yet, we were just looking but Gabriel was the best!!!
