I am giving this 5 stars because at the end of the purchase process I got exactly what I wanted, Marco, the sales person was extremely nice, Josh, their finance person was extremely nice, and overall I am very happy with my car and the price I paid. I bought a new Kia K4 at Kia Findlay last Monday and had a superb experience. Enrique, my car salesperson, did a great job answering my questions. He didn’t leave me sitting for hours and was able to meet me in the middle when I had concerns about pricing. He has also kept in contact after my purchase to touch base with me. I’ve been a long-time Findlay customer, but this location continues to disappoint me. I’m honestly unsure why they provide a phone number because getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible. I’ve called and sent text messages multiple times, yet no one has responded. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I originally brought my vehicle in for a recall and routine service.
