Grant greated me pleasantly at the service center. He then guided me to the waiting room and invited me to have snacks and something to drink while I waited. He told me approximately how long it would be to service my vehicle, and it was completed well within that time frame. Then, he explained the bill and the service in a manner I was able to understand.

I had an excellent experience with no high pressure with Dustin Music at Findlay Hyundai. He spent a lot of time with me and suggested looking at the car I ended up purchasing. I took it to my mechanic on the test drive who found a couple issues but gave it his blessing (it is a 2012). Dustin had those issues fixed, the car was detailed and is ready to pick up. John who handled the paperwork was also very efficient and explained everything in detail. Both John and Dustin made buying a "new" car very enjoyable.

I broke down on my way to Prescott and went straight to the dealership, barely made it there & it was cold & snowing. Grant in the service department took care of me, he calmed me down & said he'd get my car in & find out what was going on with it. There was more to do so that's when Alicia said we're gonna get you a loaner car so I could get back home to Cottonwood. Both of them were so comforting & professional! I'll never forget that day! The dealership is lucky to have them.

Eric the salesman was knowledgeable and not throwing an overpowering sales pitch. He answered all questions or checked for answers. Vehicle available fast and was prepped beautifully before delivery. Nice to deal with a local business. Other people we dealt with at the showroom, finance office and a talk with a service tech all gave a good impression of the dealership. Just had to go to service for a recall. Everyone at Findlay Hyundai are great to work with.

Went in yesterday to look at a car. Service was helpful yesterday but it was late and I decided to come back in the next day (today). They called me at 1 pm to confirm that I was coming in to see the car when I got off work and I said yes. After getting off work I drove 40 minutes to the dealership. When I got there they told me that they sold the car.
