I had an excellent experience with no high pressure with Dustin Music at Findlay Hyundai. He spent a lot of time with me and suggested looking at the car I ended up purchasing. I took it to my mechanic on the test drive who found a couple issues but gave it his blessing (it is a 2012). Dustin had those issues fixed, the car was detailed and is ready to pick up. John who handled the paperwork was also very efficient and explained everything in detail. Both John and Dustin made buying a "new" car very enjoyable.
Great dealership with friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Guillermo was a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated on how service was progressing, what the team found and thought about the condition of the vehicle and provided me receipts as well as a list of future repairs for reference. Left feeling very satisfied and well informed.
Grant really took excellent care of me by explaining all the details concerning my Prius and would keep their eye on a few items that may need addressing in the future. I so appreciate the attention to every single item. Good job!!
Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Austin was a great sales person. Knowledgeable, Personable, Professional and Friendly. Worked with us to get us a great deal. No one pressured us or hounded us about the sale but he followed up and made sure we had the information we needed to make a decision and found us a vehicle that met our specifications. My service advisor, Grant, did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on a very difficult situation which was not his fault...nor the fault of Findlay Hyundai. I was provided a wonderful loaner for the duration of this process and all aspects from the dealership was superb.
