I bought a used GMC Canyon from Findlay Hyundai in Prescott after seeing their posting for it online. GREAT SERVICE!! Special thanks to Guillermo! We were in Prescott on vacation. Our Palisade began making noises in the rear driver side. It was a bit scary going to a dealership not in our hometown. Would they take advantage of the situation and over charge us? NO! Not Findlay Hyundai! Their service team was amazing. Not only taking care of the problem still under warranty, but also taking care of three recalls at the same time. We appreciated the kindness and care of the service team.
I wasn’t even the customer—my mother in law was. I was just there for moral support and maybe to silently judge. But honestly? Guillermo Soria was great. He was super patient, explained everything clearly without sounding like a robot or a scam artist, and somehow made car maintenance sound… manageable? Impressive. If he can win over the person not getting their car serviced, that says a lot. 10/10 would eavesdrop on his service explanations again.
