It was time for my new Hyundai to be serviced. Upon arriving the day of service, I was treated respectful, given a fair length of time I'd have to wait & since this was my 1st time, the service included several other additional upgrades at no extra fee! The service was completed earlier than expected, great! I was also given a "complementary car wash!" The service was wonderful! Thank you so much!
3 stars for at least having a dealership here in Prescott. 5 Stars for the person who was helping me with my car. I understand that there will be a new dealership soon. 4 stars for the actual work and time it took to complete with my car. For future reference: It would be better that you wash the car ESPECIALLY when I am bringing it in for RECALL or WARRANTY work. You can always improve your services and looking forward to them at the new place.
The customer service was great, took about 2 hours longer than originally planned. Grant did keep us updated and sent shuttle service to make the wait tolerable. All work was completed and appreciated!
My car was taken in for some warranty work and the part required is unusual so not readily available. Due to the long wait the dealership gave me a free loaner, a 23 Sonata (gorgeous car by the way) and have done everything possible to make my wait stress free. The funny thing is it looks like I've sold that loaner for them.

It was a big job to complete and Grant kept me informed threw out the whole process.Was very impressed with the quality repair and cleanliness of the car at pick up from the dealership.
