I had an outstanding experience working with Guillermo at Findlay Hyundai. He helped me with several software updates that I didn’t even know my car needed. I originally thought I was facing the cost of a whole new transmission, but thanks to Guillermo’s knowledge and honesty, that turned out not to be the case at all. We have come to Findlay Hyundai for services for a while now. Guillermo and Grant are wonderful in the service department. I have dealt with Guillermo more and you can not find a better, more caring person to take care of your vehicle. He is wonderful!
