Lets face it, no one looks forward to getting service work done on their vehicle any more than you look forward to going to the Dentist....be as that may, both a quite necessary.....and when people make those visits enjoyable...it is much appreciated!!....My Service Writer David Dirk is one of those people, thank you David... p.s I do know a Dentist that can make you laugh while performing a Root Canal.....hope he never retires...Lol!!
I was very pleased with my service writer David! He got right back to me when the initial work order was completed. In fact, I was able to schedule additional items that needed attention later that same work day. He was thorough and helpful throughout the process.Thanks David!

We were from out of state and purchasing a used Ridgeline. Driver met us at airport, and brought us to Findlay Honda Centennial Hills. Ayden was our point of contact, throughout the day. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and professional, Johnny, Chris, and all those behind the scenes, at detailing and service. We were on our way back to Idaho early afternoon. This was our first out of state vehicle purchase.It couldn’t have been better! Our thanks to all who made it happen. Oh, and I love the Ridgeline:)

Went in for Repairs, the repairs took a week. Service Consultants Vinnie and Dominyc took good care from me beginning to the end with regular updates and organizing the Loaner. Pleased with the service.
Dave was great. Very friendly. He explained everything clearly. Made an appointment for me to come back, which was so helpful.
