My husband and I had an amazing experience with Findlay Honda. When we arrived we were greeted immediately by Joel and when we told him we wanted to talk to someone my dad knew first, he respected that and didn't bombard us like a lot of sales people do. Once we were ready to car shop we were given Joel as a salesman and the experience was great. He found us a great deal on the Odyssey we wanted and helped us trade in our car. I purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V from Giancarlo. Giancarlo was pleasant and made the process easy. Travis, who also assisted me in Giancarlo's absence with some paperwork and a tint hiccup was prompt and very friendly. All in all my experience was a 5 out of 5! Thank you Travis and Giancarlo!
