I took my 2018 Honda CR-V for the first time to Findlay Honda Henderson for a seatbelt recall. My service advisor was very good at explain the process and approximate timeframe for the service. Additionally, he was able to have the technician install proper splash shield hardware that was missing. Awesome experience. Thank you.
