For the 5 years I've owned my Honda CR-V, I've always taken it back to the dealer for service, and they have always taken GREAT care of me and my car. I brought my 2017 Civic in for service, and also to repair an under-car splash guard. Dominyc Z was great in getting my service done and also providing me information on getting the splash guard repaired, which required an additional bracket. Even though my service contract had run out, he was still able to provide me with a discount, so that was greatly appreciated.

I took my 2019 Odyssey to be serviced and Antonio C. was understanding of my situation. He explained what needed to be done in a way that I understood and let me know about upcoming repairs. He stated that they were backed up and the repairs could take up to 2 hours. I was surprised when he contacted me to let me know that my car was ready less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Very nice young man. Thank you Antonio.
