We took our 2019 Honda Passport in for 2 Recall issues and a minor power train issue. Fernando was our service advisor. He was excellent as he thoroughly explained everything and what the timeline was going to be to fix everything. He called us to keep us updated on the progress which we appreciated. Everything was fixed and we are happy campers.
I live about 20 miles from this dealership,while another is about 4 miles from my home. I have had excellent service in the past and yesterday was also excellent. Judy Tweedy, my service advisor was patient, with my questions and concerns. She was helpful, kind, and friendly. She eased my mind about the service and repairs. I even gave her a hug before I left!

Honda is always professional, helpful and friendly! Jeremy and Jeremiah and the entire service team made my experience the best anyone could imagine, Jeremiah sent a uber for me and my husband since our car had to be serviced for most of the day, and was very thankful for that. in addition, last but not least, the outstanding customer service is over and beyond!
I needed a reliable vehicle. I decided to look at Toyota and Honda. Toyota did not have the model I wanted in stock, so I went to Honda to see what they had a comparable model. I do not remember the names of the people that I talked to at Honda, but it really did not matter, as every person I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. I have been 100% satisfied with the sales and service departments. I did not rate the speed of service, as I was more interested in quality of service. It was not a unreasonable amount of time.

Everyone was super nice & friendly. My service appointment didn’t take too long, and the cashier was able to answer all my questions. This location is 28 minutes from my home, but definitely worth the drive. I’ll be back! Thanks again!
