The only reason I am not giving Judy 5 stars is due to the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, which is what I planned on, 4) after 4 1/2 hours of not receiving any communication, I had to send a text asking status, 5) my car was not ready until after 3:30 PM. I work, so all I ask is to be informed of the status so I know what my next steps need to be.
Great service this week from Taylor Broadbent. Had to get my pilot service and it was done quickly and car was ready ahead of schedule. Will be going back.
Honda's sell themselves, what you go for is the service. I would highly recommend
I was having trouble with my breaks and it turns out they needed to have the routers turned... Judy was very helpful through out the process.

I had a service appointment this past week. Skylar was the person that assisted me. The appointment involved an inspection and oil change. The time took about 45 minutes, the waiting area was very clean and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with my experience.
It’s very clean & spacious (a lot of space for everyone to sit) Everyone is very nice & polite. I love how there was a coffee station!
Received excellent service from Chuck Suh and Chris Suaseng while looking for a Civic 2024. Would definitely recommend this dealership when looking for a new/used car.
Dominyc was very professional and friendly. He had my car in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change. Prices seem to be competitive.
