I've been coming here since I bought my CRV in 2019 from Findlay. I've never had an issue with service, and that was true of my latest visit. I used the express service for an oil change and tire rotation. Initially I had a code that indicated more would be needed, but the service attendant I spoke with said some of the service wouldn't be necessary as they'd been done fairly recently. Organized and efficient. I dropped off my car at 8:30, dealer was able to provide an Uber back home and I was offered a ride back to the dealer when I was done. I appreciate it
Aaron was amazing and very accommodating with my budget. The finance dept was great. There was no pressure to get extra warranties. He gave me the options and allowed me to chose what I wanted. I would absolutely suggest this dealership!!!

My Service Advisor Bryant is Awesome! . His customer service skills are a 10. His knowledge is a 10. He is always thinking of what is the dilemma when I bring my vehicle in for service with a problem. He will not say it is this and just fix it.
