Came in to get an oil change on Thursday, 10/10/24. In and out in about an hour. Service advisor was friendly. Only downfall is when I was told all my fluids were topped off during the inspection, only to find out after opening my hood that was far from the truth. Was disappointed and made me question their ethics. Let’s just hope this a one time error otherwise, I will not bring my vehicle back here for servicing. Mechanics might need to actually be trained to do the right thing.
Serviced vehicle, was helped immediately, everything was serviced that need to be serviced. Let us know what needed to be serviced next time. Was informed they would contact us to schedule the recall work when parts are received, didn’t have them in at this time

Bought a new Honda Pilot at Findlay Honda Henderson in 2014 & have had all service done on it there up to today. I have never had a single complaint about the quality of service or helpfulness of any employee over these 10+ years. Even the usually painful new car purchasing experience was overall good. The Honda vehicle has had only minor/expected issues and Findlay Honda Henderson has made ownership that much more pleasant.
I took my car in for required maintenance on a Saturday. I was very impressed with how quickly they were about to get the car done. I’ve only had great experiences with this dealership. Highly recommended.
