I was unhappy with somethings that I learned about post negotiations, and felt that some tactics were not fair. I brought my complaints to Findlay's attention and they made good on fixing it, which I greatly appreciate. In addition they responded very quickly, again that was very appreciated.

Darrell let us drive it and talked to us about it without any pressure to buy one. He answered all of our questions then asked for an offer of what we would pay to buy a car then.
