Going in for Service is akin to going to the Dentist...never fun and money you would much perfer to spend elsewhere. Unlike the Dentist...this experience is painless and Nancy "spells it out" in such a way that I feel confident that I am getting the best value for my dollar. I was cleaning the battery terminals on my 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid when I found out that when I reconnected them my radio and navigation went out and wouldn't be functional without a code. I called Findlay Honda to get the code and they said they can't give codes out over the phone and I'd have to come in to get the codes.
