"Nancy was great and was ready for me when I got there...." Nancy was great and was ready for me when I got there. She knew what I needed and knew I would need a ride so she was ready to call the shuttle driver as well. She also made arrangements for me to get picked up when my car was ready. There were only two Service people there and yet she made sure that everything was moving forward and all who came in were address so they didn't feel neglected. Thank you so much!

Especially being a women going by myself, and hearing about how horrible car salesmen are pretty much my whole life. But Richie was great, he is friendly and nice and easy to talk to.
