Judith assisted us on our Ridgeline truck recall. She was very pleasant and as she promised got our truck in a timely manner. Didn’t wait that long.

Since purchasing our Honda CR-V, I've had to visit the Findlay Honda Henderson Service Department a few times. During each visit, I found the entire staff to be very professional, accommodating, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with! Once again, Findley Honda hit another home run. I was in for a recall item, they took me right in without an appointment, and had the repair completed correctly and ahead of schedule. My vehicle was washed and returned to me. Every time I deal with this staff I am duly impressed. I live on the opposite side of town from Findley Honda, but due to their great customer service, I feel it’s worth the trip. I trust their honesty and appreciate how they watch over my vehicle. I will purchase my next Honda from Findley Honda.

I was there for 6+hrs trying to get a decent deal from them & not get ripped off. They sold the 1st van I was looking at right out from under me as I was signing paperwork bc some guy paid in cash- xxx?! There were multiple issues with the one we did go with on the lot, that supposedly passed inspection, that I now need to get back in & get fixed. They even forgot to clean out old wrappers & toys from the previous owners that were in the van! They kept switching people on us at random, which was disconcerting. At least the f... read more
