I have always had very good experiences at this dealership (I have only had my vehicles serviced there). I had a flat tire last week and brought it in to be repaired. They failed to rebalance the tire after it was patched so I now need to take it to a tire shop.
I was warmly received as I popped in for an oil change. It was completed in a timely manner & splarkly clean. The employees were all very nice & professional, especially Anthony. There was a kind cleaning lady who helped me clean a stain from my shirt- above & beyond expectations.
Brought my Ridgeline in to have repairs made from an attempted break in. Contact was Ramsi. After evaluation, you were unable to do the repairs, but I was contacted the same day with an explanation snd recommendation for an alternate shop. You delivered my vehicle to that shop. Excellent communication, candor and customer service by your rep! I believe hr engineered the best outcome possible, given the circumstances. Thank you!

This was my first car-buying experience with Findlay Honda Henderson. Overall, I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the overall experience was fine (the car-buying experience in general is never fun). They did their best to make it go as smoothly as possible and while it did take a while, I was pleased with the vehicle I purchased and the price I paid.
