Took the car in for a recall fix. My service representative Judy was fantastic, better than I can imagine. The service, was exceptional..!! Judy helped change my mind about dealership repairs. I will start taking my vehicles to them from this point forward.
Clean, spacious place, great people, Stephen helped us with our service. Very gracious and knowledgeable. He said it will take approx 1 hr to be done but it only took 30-40 mins and we were done. Will definitely come back here.

We just got a 2022 CRV. We reserved a 2023 HR-V but it's small and didn't like the color. Harris was patient and presented different options. And the manager stopped by our table and offered us the CRV instead, with the same price to our great delight. I'm gonna give them 5 stars😊
Judy is wonderful. I have never felt so good after leaving a service center. Other places make you feel horrible. I will always go back to see Judy. I recommend you do the same.
Judy was fantastic! She was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. At other dealerships (not Honda) I have had horrible experiences with service managers. Judy was just the total opposite and every time we have brought our car into her, we are greeted warmly and fairly. Great job Judy! Keep up the great work!!

Great service! Friendly staff and efficient use of technology. Stephen texted me and I was able to authorize service via text while I was in a meeting at work. I appreciate their ability to communicate without having to call and have me lose work time.
