My service advisor, Michael Giordano, always helps me with any issues with any of my gm vehicles that I have owned. Any repairs I've had done are always done quickly and properly, and for an affordable price. I will continue to buy cadillacs and have them serviced at Findlay Cadillac.

All of the transaction was handled professionally and courteously, making my car purchase not a dreaded experience, but a pleasant one. I will definitely visit Findlay Cadillac before making my next car purchase. All of those folks I dealt with were willing to go the extra mile to ensure my positive experience.
Dishonest beyond belief, I wanted to buy a car there. They first try to scam offering $7000 less than carmax. Then when the salesman figured he wasn't making big bucks on the sale, he hands me off to someone else. Then they say the car will be ready next day. I waited at home made several calls and text messages to the dealership and no response. 5pm the salesman called it won't be ready for pickup for two more days after I waisted an entire day waiting. Service Department has not yet gained my full confidence. Took it in for service and the car wound up sitting there for 3 weeks before they were able to work on my car. Dropped off on Sept 19 and picked up on Oct 9. No rental car was provided. Lots of inconvenience to me, the customer. Omar, from the service department, did his best and frankly was the only glue that kept it together for me. Worst service experience ever , brought my Escalade in to be serviced i come outside to my car to find a porter leaning against my car and when i said something he got into my face as if he wanted to fight . I let management know what happened and his response was how long the porter worked there . Didn't seem too concerned about what happened. On a second occasion I brought vehicle in and my headphones came up missing for the rear entertainment was promised another set new set , still waiting. Would not recommend this place
Worst dealer experience ever I brought my Escalade into service i came back outside to see a porter leaning against my vehicle and when i said something he got into my face as if he wanted to fight i let the service manger at the time know what happened and he replied with how many years the guy worked there didnt seem to concerned. Second incident brought my vehicle in for service and my headphones for rear entertainment came up missing was promised another set , im still waiting 🤷♂️
