We bought our Cadi here and have been getting all the service done here as well. Greg is usually our guy and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the appointment. Last time Benj took care of us and he was very friendly and eager to check us in. Car was done in the estimated time. Got to see Greg at checkout! Would recommend

I have been with Findley Cadillac since buying brand new some years back. Have had all of my servicing done as well consistently. Most service advisors are always kind and attentive. However On this recent visit I would recommend new advisors assigned pay close attention to what’s ask to be done on my vehicle. I was told my steering wheel fluids were checked just not on my paperwork and if there are new specials going on that customers should be made aware of advise, do not allow your customer to over hear it from other cust... read more
