Excellent customer service from start to finish. They treated us with kindness, care, and were extremely knowledgeable. Our sales rep, Smitty, did everything he could to get us into the car we wanted at a very wonderful rate. He took all the time in the world with us. I highly recommend this dealership for not only purchasing a new car but for service. Excellent place to go.
Just an update because I’ve driven a couple more units off the lot since then. My man Steve has been promoted, but I know I’m in good hands with Deb. There are two Cadillac dealerships in the Vegas metropolitan area. One is about 15-minutes from my house. Findlay is about 40-minutes during Saturday traffic and well worth the commute. This is where to go when you want an executive experience.
Awesome customer service! Waiting area is great with plenty of amenities for customers waiting for service department. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service or other needs. Staff is friendly and professional.

We bought our Cadi here and have been getting all the service done here as well. Greg is usually our guy and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the appointment. Last time Benj took care of us and he was very friendly and eager to check us in. Car was done in the estimated time. Got to see Greg at checkout! Would recommend
