The sales people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. With some negotiation I felt like I got a fair but not awesome deal on a used 2019 Mustang. After 3 weeks I am still waiting on an agreed upon repair of the convertible top. I understand that there are still supply chain issues so I am not counting that against anyone yet. Where they lost me was at the very end of the transaction. I agreed to an out the door price and financed it through my credit union. The people in the service department are amazing! Daniel was the person that I dealt with the most during my visit and he went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. I found everyone that I came into contact with to be incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they got my vehicle in immediately and everything was completed in a timely manner. It was my first experience there and I will definitely return when the need arises! Thank you, Findlay Cadillac!!
