Excellent service frank was extremely helpful the guy I had before a few months ago I was not happy with all he did was text never said a word to me he never called to let me know about my car I had to call 6 hours later even then he didn't call just text me

I recently bought a used truck from Findlay Cadillac. My sales rep Dylan did the one thing that needed to be done, when attempting to sell me a car. He listened. He heard all that I said, concerning my research into the truck, my pre-qualification, my knowledge of my credit (excellent) and the price of the truck to include all fees.
