Replaced both inside and outside unit quickly and accurately
I called FERSA on Tuesday and had a new AC unit by Friday. Luis is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The team was diligent and worked hard all day to get everything done. They took no shortcuts and made sure that my unit was installed correctly with all new components of the HVAC system. Great service (especially for a Sunday morning). Called at 6:30am because our house was HOT (79 degrees at 6:30am), but they were here within few hrs, had it fixed & our house was cold by 11:30am. Thanks FERSA HVAC!!
They are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to air conditioning. I had my unit replaced and Fersa came promptly and provide an amazing service. I definitely recommend them!
Luis and his team were very professional and Luis was very transparent and honest in his evaluation. We were needing a new system altogether (condenser, evaporator, and furnace) and we decided to go with Fersa rather than our home warranty because they offered a higher quality product. I definitely recommend them and they will be my go-to hvac company moving forward!
